On-The-Job Training in THI

Hi Madlang People :-) I'm back !!!
I was so busy this past few months in School that's why I was not usually updating my blog , so now I will be sharing some of my On-the-Job Training experience. Excited ?? HAHA, so here it is

In the beginning, working with people you have just first met is something different and something that is hard inside. Hard inside that you can't say anything or do anything that you are usually saying cause the near fact the you might offend them. On my experience I have became an observant and a listener to the people I worked with. As days goes on, friendship and understanding with each other is built.

I have worked with different people with different kinds of attitude and behavior. One of the most kind I encounter is those who are jolly and friendly. They are the ones that will help you give your best of who you are. They will ask you many questions - personal, bio data, past experiences and they will also share some of theirs. As a trainee you will never avoid those who are strict and what they popularly called kill joys. Sometimes you may handle them but sometimes you'll just want to avoid them. They are those co-workers that is more of standard operations. But though they are like that I assure you'll learn more from them.

I have developed as a trainee to follow strictly on instructions to ensure that the process is properly sequence. Ask question, if required, to clarify your understanding about things and this prevent you for incurring errors. I can say that I gained to work effectively and competently in the organization. I improve my self confidence in socializing to people. I have the initiative in doing something. I’ve learned to be flexible, because culture is always changing, thus impacting the business model and corporate culture as well.

I can always make my OJT meaningful and fruitful through doing things that procures satisfaction to me. Everything that I do must develop my potential and allow me to reach my objectives. It’s accomplishing every task with all our hearts and having the initiative to strive harder to learn and seek for more.

I learned that the only way I am are going to get anywhere in life is to work hard at it. It may be hard at first, but once I learn to appreciate and love what I’m doing, it became easier every day. No matter how small my task is , I should always  give my best shot.

As I entered college I am prepared that one day I will be working in the real world. So after taking this on-the-job training I am assuring myself that this will help me in my future job. I know that 486 hours is not enough to fully understand the real situation in working in real world but I am sure that I can cope up easily and flexibly to whatever my future job will be. I am grateful that I will be entering a new chapter in my life after OJT and graduation. I am excited on what will happen next.
